Brad Moore Brad Moore, Executive Chef, SCHOOL

Brad Moore is one of Canada’s top chefs. His culinary style has been spun by a collection of Toronto’s idiosyncratic ethnic threads. Canadian-born, his signature flavours are influenced by Asia, India, Italy, France, Latin America and Jamaica. Moore’s presentation is minimal and natural with simplicity reminiscent of Japanese culture. His signature style transforms ethnic flavours and redesigns them for the Western palate. In his career, Brad has received rave reviews at some of Toronto’s best-loved and well-known restaurants such as Monsoon and Xacutti.

This year, Brad turns his attention to new ventures and passions as he opens his next Toronto restaurant SCHOOL in Toronto’s Liberty Village and develops an educational food show, Spice Man 101, celebrating his love for spices.
