Everyone wants quick tips and tricks for maintaining proper nutrition and keeping up a healthy lifestyle. Eating Well just came out with a list of super foods that can be used to make easy changes and included orange juice as a must-have. While some super foods don’t have everyday appeal, such as sardines, there are some foods that are quite easy to incorporate. Orange juice is one super food that is enjoyable to consume, easy to purchase and quick to prepare. Orange juice is packed full of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant and a critical vitamin for producing antibodies that fight off infections. It is high in fibre and folate, making it a perfect addition to any diet.
