Word to new parents – while your new bundle of joy comes first in most aspects of your life, you shouldn’t let your own health and nutrition lapse. By putting your health on the sidelines you are also likely to ignore your children’s. Thankfully ConsumerReports.org has developed a list of top foods new parents should eat.  The list includes quick and easy options that will keep you energized and healthy. No surprise here, but orange juice made the list! As an excellent source of vitamin c, folate and vitamin b this quick morning fix will awaken you and keep you energized throughout the day.
