March is National Nutrition Month, and although we all intend on meeting our daily nutritional requirements, we sometimes fall short. A study by the Canadian Community Healthy Survey showed Canadians are not getting enough calcium, magnesium, folate, potassium, iron and zinc. Here is a great
article from today’s Globe and Mail with tips on how to reach your nutritional peak, with the mention of orange as an option. Since all Florida citrus happen to be jam-packed with vitamins and minerals many of the orange mentions can easily be replaced with grapefruit.
