Florida Sunshine Shake

Sometimes we want to indulge in creamy, sweet treats. Sometimes we want healthy, refreshing options. Luckily this shake offers the best of both worlds. It incorporates all you love about a milk shake without any of the guilt. Try it for breakfast, an afternoon snack or an after-dinner treat.

Florida Sunshine Shake

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

250 mL (1 cup) 100% pure Florida orange juice
125 mL (1/2 cup) 100% pure Florida grapefruit juice
1 ripe banana
125 mL (1/2 cup) low-fat vanilla yogurt
2.5 mL (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract

Directions

1.       Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

2.       Pour into a glass, and serve immediately.
