Citrus Juice the #1 Contributor to Vitamin C

We always knew that Canadians prefer their Florida orange and grapefruit juice, but it looks like it is an international love affair. A recent study out of the US proved that citrus juice is the #1 contributor to dietary vitamin C intake in adults. You can see the whole article in detail here. Citrus juice is also a great source of potassium, carotene and fibre. So drink up and feel great!
