On February 2, 2010 the Florida Department  Citrus and America Express ® Winterlicious Culinary Events will team up to bring you Making the Grade: Rising Chef Cook-off. Three aspiring chefs from Humber College, Stratford Chefs School and Niagara College Culinary Institute will compete for a $2,000 prize. Although only one can be crowned winner, all contestants will walk away with a Wüsthof knife

The event takes place at SCHOOL Bakery and Café in Liberty Village. The contestants will be judged by three local food aficionados.
